I am the baby of 13 kids and proud aunt of 36 nieces and nephews! I love being the youngest because I was pretty spoiled as a child! ha! :] Born in Seattle and love everything about that city! I still miss it so very much! I moved to Las Vegas in 2009 and enjoyed it for the most part. The only thing I don't miss is the crazy heat! (Oklahoma's humidity + hot weather is much worse. Guess you don't know what you've got til it's gone!) Things I love include ice cream, cool weather, DIY projects, colorful things, funny movies, chick flicks, sunsets, photography, make-up, people-watching, listening to people's life stories, quiet evenings at home with my husband, and early bedtimes. (Probably a sign of old age! ha!) I'm a big fan of nap time and dessert before dinner! (Blame it on the big kid in me!)
I started this blog as a way to document our lives together! We've been married almost 5 years and I have learned so much about myself, my faith, my strengths, and my weaknesses through the gift of marriage. I figured I reallyneeded wanted a place where I can share bits and pieces of our story. A story of our battle with infertility, a love story of two imperfect people trying to figure out how to do marriage, a story of God's amazing grace that covers over us daily, and all of the random things that are unknown from what life throws our way!
